When will my order arrive?
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Transit time (UK): 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
We’ll email tracking once your parcel ships (tracking activates within ~24 hours). Couriers and public holidays can affect timelines.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch you’ll receive a tracking link by email. We ship with trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), or DPD.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one promotion or discount code can be applied per order, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
Do I need an account to order?
No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account gives faster checkout, easy order history, and early access to releases and promos.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). No hidden charges for UK orders.
How do returns work?
