Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition. Proof of purchase is required. Electronics must have the factory seal intact. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. A 10% restocking fee may apply if packaging or accessories are missing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Fee: For change of mind or unsuitable items, the customer pays return shipping (cost shared before processing, deducted from refund).
Non-Returnable Items: Hygiene products, opened personal-use items, gift cards, and clearance items cannot be returned.
Refunds: Processed within 3 business days after inspection. Funds appear in 2–7 business days depending on your bank. You’ll be notified by email.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order.
